The restructure of Arafura Resources Ltd in March 2007, has seen the creation of a new, dedicated uranium exploration company, NuPower Resources Limited. NuPower now owns key NT uranium assets and commenced with an initial working capital of $8.8 million. There are 44m shares (ASX Code NUP) and 5.5m options (ASX Code NUPO) on issue.
